I just got a coupon in the mail for a free kashi microwave dinner, has anyone tried these? I haven't even had them, but it sounds good. Just thought I'd ask if any of them are vegetarian before I'd bother trying to hunt them down. If they turn out to be good are there any other kashi products I should be on the look out for?

I like the Kashi cereals, pizzas and snacks. I don't buy too many frozen meals anymore. Kashi has had quite a few sample promotions recently. About 4 months ago, I received my free cookies. I believe you have to sign up for the promos online at the Kashi website.

I'm sure that I've seen the cereals, probably in the local grocery stores. I've not tried them though. Lately I've been going for Raisin Bran and Whole Grain Cheerios.

Kashi grain products taste a bit like cardboard to me. Not alot of taste. I haven't tried any of their frozen dinners; I thought they all had chicken in them. Do they have a vegetarian entree? If so, I'd probably at least try it to see how those compare to their other products.

Their products are not the most flavourful, but they are healthy and wholesome, so they're good when you're in a hurry. They take the guesswork out of planning something nutritious.

I recently tried their dark chocolate chip oatmeal cookies; really weird texture, but I liked them a lot. Very textural, and dark chocolate is always a plus.
