I really don't care for these bars. They just seem to be lacking in taste and I've tried all four flavors (I think there are only four ). Has anyone else tried these? I can't imagine them becoming that popular, but I could be wrong.

I haven't tried that brand name, but I have had "healthy" bars that I thought were kind of dry and lacking in taste.

There must be some better ones out there. Any recommendations?

I love Luna bars, but they are made specifically for women. The Mojo bars by Clif are really good, too. Some of these "healthy" bars have a lot of sugar in them though, so you really have to read the label to know what you're getting.

Patrol, I got lucky. I got a free sample. I hated them. I hated them A LOT. I mean I REALLY just hated them.

There was no soy joy joy for me.

ROTFL...

Tell ushow you really feel Urs! No really, don't hold anything back.

For the record, I didn't like those bars either.

They don't make them here, atleast I have never seen them.

What are they supposed to taste like according to the wrappers?

I never much liked the Luna bars. I think there was one that had a lemon taste that was OK.
I like the Clif bars about the best. There's something there to chew on for awhile. I like the peanut butter chocolate chip.

Sorry about that. I didn't like the Soy Joy bars much either.

Haven't had the soy joy bars; sounds like their commercials are much better than their product, unfortunately. Also, why, exactly, are Luna bars just for women? Is it just the marketing?

I haven't tried the bars, but I did find a dairy and lactose free alternative to yougurt and pudding. It's something called sojasun, and it's really creamy, smooth and tasty - in raspberry or chocolate.

I havn't tasted the brand you are talking about but I do have eaten another of similar ingredients and did not like it at all inspite of all the goodness and health promised....

I quess the general assumption is that women are more concerned about health than men...not my views, but could be the reason for the marketing pitch. I like most of the LUNA flavors and each bar has vitamin supplements that enhance women's health specifically. I think there may be some bars for men coming out soon, if not out already. So, don't feel left out ;).

I have never heard of these bars. I'm sure that there are better soy-based bars that you can buy, though. You just need to experiment a little bit.
