Tomato & Onion Rice

Both my husband and I love this dish. Dice fresh tomatoes and onion, fry them together on vegetable oil until tomatoes let the juice out and soften. Add some salt if you prefer salty dishes or some sugar if you like them on the sweet side. Add some instant rice, cover, turn the off and let sit for 5 minutes.
