Enclose fruit in air tight plastic bags. There will be an ac***ulation of Ethylene gas which will ripen then over ripen and rot the fruit faster than if it was in the open air.

If the fruit is out in the field, it will decay at about the right speed to feed the following crop. You could use an ant hill every so far to get the process sped up. However, there is in general no need to speed up rotting of fruit. We may want to speed up rotting of flax staw, corn stalks, or tree limbs, but fruit will rot away fast enough.
It's very simple. No processed foods. Fruits, veggies, nuts, eggs, fish, poultry, whole grains, and a lot of water. A multivitamin everyday will increase your metabolism. Red meats are hard to digest. We need to go #2 at least twice a day. Three meals a day; fill up a SMALL plate. Almonds or fruit for snacks. I lost 60+ pounds doing this while walking for an hour a day. I live in the desert so when it got hot I switched to tae-bo indoors. It's no diet, it's what our bodies really want. You'll feel amazing!
