vegan ice cream recipes?

Does anyone have vegan ice cream recipes? I just bought an ice cream maker on sale and want to make some ice cream. I know there are a few cookbooks available but don't have time to order one, as Saturday is my son's birthday, and I want to surprise him. Thanks!

coconut ice cream:

1 can coconut milk
1 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 cup sugar/sweetner

i use this for a base for other flavors like mango, pineapple, papaya, chocolate, banana etc. you can just add chunks of fruit to the mix or process the fruit and add it to make a smoother ice cream.
